We read everything. Replies normally take two to three working days, and longer over Czech public holidays. If you are writing about privacy, please put the words Privacy request in the subject line, which routes it correctly and starts the thirty-day period described in our Privacy Policy.

What we can help with

• Corrections. If a step contains something factually wrong, an out-of-date procedure or a broken link, tell us and we will fix it.
• Questions about how the course is funded, which are answered in full on the Affiliate Disclosure page.
• Privacy requests — access to any information we hold about you, correction of it, or a complaint about how it was handled.
• Permission to reprint a checklist for a school, library or community group, which we generally grant.

What we cannot help with

• Technical support for a game, a computer or an account. We do not have access to any of them, and the publisher's own support desk is the correct place.
• Account recovery, refunds, bans or purchase disputes with any game publisher. Those are between you and them; the ACCC explains your consumer guarantees.
• Legal, financial or health advice of any kind.
• Reports of scams. Those should go to Scamwatch, which collects them nationally.

What happens to your message

Your email is held in the publisher's mailbox so that we can answer you. It is not added to a mailing list, because there is no mailing list, and it is never used for marketing. Messages are kept for 24 months after the last message in the conversation, unless they are needed for a legal claim, and then deleted. The full account of this is in the Privacy Policy.
